Established in 1990 R W Hilder & Co Ltd has been a major player along the South Coast and beyond for land acquisition, sales and consultancy. Brand New Homes UK was launched as the brain child of founding director Heather Hilder.

 

A 'one stop shop' for brand new homes was to be created to provide a seamless integration for developers, and to service the growing number of home buyers sourcing properties on-line.
 
We re-branded and became Land & Brand New Homes in early 2006.

 

            

 

We combine a wealth of experience and expertise across the fields of land acquisition and budgeting, new and re-sale homes, sales and marketing strategy and just recently, lettings.

Based in brand new offices in Worthing, our team provides knowledge and experience to help build lasting and profitable relationships with both developers and home buying customers.
